It is important that you take advantage of professional advice in this area as making the right decision can have a huge impact on the investment performance. It is also equally important to review your portfolio on a regular basis and as your Financial Adviser this is where I really add value. Most investments are set up and not reviewed again until the funds are required. During this time fund performance can dramatically change and the best fund one year is rarely top the following year.
